TIBETAN REIKI
Most people find me by searching "Reiki" or "Energy Healing".

Tibetan Reiki is usually what they become interested in after they have had one key realisation: they want something realm genuine, grounded, and consistent, not something theatrical or full of spiritual buzzwords or cliches.

My approach is real, calm, and practical. It supports both the masculine and the feminine, because it is built around steadiness, not performance: nervous system calm, grounded presence, and supportive energy work that fits real life.

WHAT TIBETAN REIKI IS
Tibetan Reiki refers to a Reiki approach that sits within a Tibetan Buddhist-rooted lineage.

In practical terms, what that means in my work is:

-
the sessions are calm and grounded
-
the focus is on steadiness and regulation, not drama
-
there is respect for consent, boundaries, and simplicity
-
it is supportive care, designed to help you settle and reset.

WHO TIBETAN REIKI SUITS
This style tends to suit people who:

-
feel stressed, burnt out, or emotionally overloaded
-
want something supportive but not overly “spiritualised”
-
prefer a grounded, masculine-friendly approach
-
have tried other modalities and want something simpler
-
want an approach that does not depend on hype or big claims.
What a session feels like
People often report:

-
deep calm and nervous system settling
-
warmth, heaviness, tingling, or soft movement through the body
-
the mind becoming quieter
-
emotional release, gentle processing
-
better sleep and a steadier baseline afterwards.
As always, experiences vary. Some people feel a lot. Some people feel very little, and still notice benefits later.

my approach to reiki
I keep the work simple and respectful.

Sessions are hands-free the majority of the time, with optional very gentle contact on the head or feet for grounding if you are comfortable.

I will not pressure you to interpret everything as spiritual. If you are practical, sceptical, or prefer minimal talk, you will be comfortable here. If you are spiritually open and sensitive, you will also be met with respect and steadiness, not exaggeration.

In-person in Bundaberg and distance sessions

I offer in-person sessions in Bundaberg by appointment, as well as distance sessions for people outside the region or those who prefer to be at home.

What Tibetan Reiki is, and what it is not

Tibetan Reiki is supportive care. It can complement medical care, counselling, psychology, and other supports, but it does not replace professional healthcare.

If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please seek urgent professional support.

FAQs

Is Tibetan Reiki different from “normal” Reiki?
The core intention is similar, but the tone and training lineage matter. My approach is calm, grounded, and practical, with a focus on steadiness.

Do I need to be Buddhist?
No. There is no religious requirement. The work is offered in a respectful, accessible way.

How many sessions should I try?
Most people know after 1 to 3 sessions whether it feels supportive. From there, we can keep it occasional or more regular, depending on your goals.
